HUMIAIR forward Curved Centrifugal Blowers housings are made of galvanized sheets and are pittsburg locked without any surface coatings.
HUMIAIR forward Curved Centrifugal Blower’s impellers are made out of galvanized sheets. The blades are die formed. The impellers are statically and dynamically balanced.
HUMIAIR forward Curved Centrifugal Blowers have bearings of international standard and mostly are from Japan. The bearings are basically ball bearings either spherical roller bearings / with eccentric locking collars / adaptor sleeve. The selection of the bearing is done depending on the size and the application.
The side supporting frames are fabricated out of mild steel angles. The surface is well treated with paints / coatings.
The inlet is duly fabricated out of sheet steel, die formed / spun aerodynamically. The FRP inlet cones are also provided for bigger sizes.
